The Ganglion EP was made recuperation after removal of ganglion cyst from knee. The sound material is mix of extended piano techniques (using variety of objects, such as chains, sticks, broken drone parts, electric nail filer, guitar picks, etc.) along with some guitar and flute improvisation, foley FX and field recordings. The final edits were done on Friday the 13th along with added some keyboard improvisations.

And about me:
Dariusz Jackowski is a composer/improviser/multi-instrumentalist/sound and music computing researcher/music software developer/mixing and mastering engineer, depending on who is asking and who is paying. He teaches sound synthesis and digital audio effects at department of Computer Science, creates custom software for various contemporary classical projects, leads improvising orchestra, writes for theatre and circus. He took part in couple of festivals, including contemporary classical (Warsaw Autumn, Musica Polonica Nova, Musica Electronica Nova, ISCM World Music Days), alternative (Avant Art) and circus (Carnaval Sztukmistrzów, OFCA, Cyrkopole). His black miniature dachshund has more social skills than him.
