This is a set of short improvised solo electric guitar pieces, inspired by contemplations on the destiny of distant small settlements on the Barentz Sea coast in Northern Russia. There were quite a lot of them during the Soviet time, maitained mostly by the military since they were designed to host naval bases, often with nuclear weapons. The lives of the inhabitants, even women and children, were centered around navy's activitiy, ideology and mythology. With the political paradigm shift in the 90s, the most of them were abandoned and now present a lot of scary but somehow beautiful views, not easy to witness personally because it's not easy to get there.
