Side A 24:12
Side B 24:34

released January 16, 2016

Lent is Andrew Scott Dickey, based in Nashville, Tennessee.

Album name: “fMRI”

Track listing
Side A (24:12)
Side B (24:34)

fMRI is a sonic snapshot of an addled consciousness perpetually switching between
channels of fleeting, spotty transmissions, broadcasted from distant heavens and
tactile hells, capturing the totality of an extended neuroimaging procedure as it
emerges temporally from ear to ear. Gritty swells hidden deep inside the exposed
hippocampus surface like polluted sea foam collected on the shores of a shimmering
beach in your distant fantasies. Incurable restlessness gallivants through ephemeral
structures of tranquil indulgence and chaotic detours down alleyways of guttural
disorientation- but all is greeted with the infinitude of pixelated smiles.

**Note: Side A of this tape is also an alternate soundtrack to Luis Buñuel and
Salvador Dalí's silent film "Un Chien Andalou".
